JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

We are looking for a highly experienced Customer Support Assistant for our Shopify Brand. Our daily workload involves managing 300+ emails. You must be experienced with Shopify such as creating draft orders, executing refunds, creating discounts, and more.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, asks questions when needed, and is a problem solver. You should also be reliable and fit in well with our team. The following are our requirements:

- Experience with Shopify dropshipping
- At least one year of experience as a customer support
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- No other current job commitments
- Familiarity with translation programs such as DeepL

Your tasks will include:

- Email customer service in multiple languages via Proton email
- Maintaining good contact with the team via Slack
- Translating texts using DeepL

We will start on half-time basis to track your performances, and then transition to full-time when you're ready.
