**About Us:**
We are a dynamic and growing dropshipping store dedicated to providing exceptional products and customer service. As our business expands, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent to join our team. Initially, this role will require approximately 3 hours per day, with the potential to increase hours as the business grows.

The role requires you to have knowledge of at least 2 years of customer support. You will not only be handling emails, but also disputes.


**Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide outstanding customer service via email
- Process orders and returns using Shopify.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle disputes effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Reamaze, our customer support platform, to track and respond to customer interactions.

**Requirements:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least 2 year Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficient in using Shopify for order processing.
- Familiarity with Reamaze or similar customer support software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes calmly and effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
