We are a US-based commercial cleaning and dumpster rental company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support and sales department. It is important to read the entire job posting to capture needed details for a successful application.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
Send daily reports detailing completed and ongoing tasks
Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls
Respond to customer questions via phone call,
Provide service and rental quotes and make sure to do a follow up with the leads
Book new jobs, reschedule and/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Assist in interview and hiring process of internal staff
Maintain daily profit and loss dashboard
Maintain company dashboard
Maintain prospective customer databases

Work Hours are 6 days a week 7am-6pm EST (we will d
