Customer Support

Our company is looking for a full-time customer support. You will be doing a variety of tasks such as responding to support emails, commutate with clients, training our clients on Zoom, general customer support tasks, almost all of which we have tutorials for you.

- You have to speak clear English and have great people / commutation skills.

- You will have to commit 8 hours per day (Monday-Friday) available to focus on the job. May work on weekends if you want to get paid overtime.

- Must be willing to work during PST/EST timezone

- Webcam is REQUIRED (It’s required for you to be on video to commutate with our team and clients)

- High quality microphone is REQUIRED

- Must have FAST internet speed. If you don't, please don't apply.

Knowledge with Canva is a PLUS
Knowledge with AirTable a PLUS
Knowledge with video editing is a PLUS
Knowledge with GoHighLevel is a PLUS

Pay is mostly commission-based and you can earn anywhere from $1,000-$4,000 USD in commissions. This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

Perks:

*You can work as much as you want since you will be paid in commissions.

*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let us know 1 month prior

*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job we will give you a raise and bonuses every 90 days.
