Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have previous experience working in customer support roles. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working in a customer support role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Gorgias ticketing system is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
