JOB OVERVIEW

We are a thriving Growth agency that helps schools across the United States grow. The education landscape is rapidly changing, and we always have to stay ahead of the game. Schools need our help to gain more students.

At Enrollhand, we are changing the way schools communicate by providing a robust digital framework that helps them grow. 100% of our client base is in the US, even though our physical presence spans the US, UK, Greece and the Philippines.

These are 3 priorities you will need to focus on every day:

1) Customer Intelligence & Analytics: At a certain point in the growth of a business, customer analytics becomes a requirement. We are at that point. You will help us map a data-driven, insight-oriented customer journey, identify high-potential segments, get a high-level view of customer health and review overall performance. You will have to know how your customers campaigns are fairing, monitor their KPIs, and flag them to our team when they’ll be representing your customers to the rest of the team. So you’ll have to keep the pressure on if we’re not delivering enough. We’ll be turning to you to learn whether our customers are actually happy or not.

2) Good Old-Fashioned Communication: Had you ever been to the headmaster’s office as a student? You’ll be communicating mostly with school headmasters who are trying to promote their school. So this is your chance to turn the tables and be the one giving advice!

3) Teamwork: Coordinate with our Marketing department on the sequence of our client campaigns as a function of their expectations. The magic is done when we all collaborate in real-time. Deadlines are tight and the workflows are through.

Requirements:

You only need these 3 things to be successful (but you need to be extra good at them)...

1) Fluent or near-native ability to speak and write English with comfort in using colloquial expressions. You have to be an incredible communicator, fluent in English. You’re just as comfortable on the phone or in person as you are in an email. Your writing is clear and simple, with a proper dose of empathy.

2) Strong analytical skills: You will have to be able to infer insights from data to better understand our customer needs. You will set up your own triggers that will guide you through identifying which customers need attention and further education. You will then create content that covers their needs and answers their questions.

3) A great attitude.
