Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the person who talks to our customers and helps them with their needs. You'll also make sure they understand how our service works.
Responsibilities:
- Help new customers get onboarded smoothly
- Take onboarding call with new customers
- Keep in touch with customers on a daily basis to answer any questions and keep them updated with results
- Weekly customer check-in calls to update on results/plan
- Interview clients to gather video testimonials/case studies
- Communicate with team on how customers are doing
Requirements:
-Fluent English/Clear Speaking
-Be organized and pay attention to details
-Doesn't need to be micro-managed to do work
