Customer Success Manager

We are now looking for one full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team!

The salary is $1500-$2000/month (USD), though that is negotiable. If you feel like you deserve more based on your skills & experience, you can still apply.

This is a full-time, long-term job: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.

These would be your responsibilities:

- Conducting client onboarding calls.
- Leading launch calls to set service expectations.
- Providing personalized gifts to new clients.
- Holding bi-weekly Zoom check-ins for client support.
- Ensuring satisfaction among active clients.
- Collecting video and image testimonials.
- Actively seeking referrals from happy clients.
- Ensuring top-notch service for scaling B2B businesses as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
