Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
Utilise sales techniques to promote products and services and upsell where appropriate.
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with beauty industry practices and terminology preferred but not required.

Additional Details:

The payment structure will increase from £3.85 to £5.50 per hour over a nine-month period (training/settling into role).
Hours: 11:30 am - 7:30 pm UK time.
Expected to work 1 Saturday per month but allow flexi working
