Working Hours: 9:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant specializing in customer support, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via email and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:


Email
and Phone Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email and phone calls. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Order Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, including tracking information, delivery updates, and any potential delays.

Customer Experience Follow-Up: Reach out to customers to gather feedback on their experience with our company. Address any issues or concerns they may have and ensure their satisfaction with our products or services.

Chargeback Management: Assist in the resolution of chargebacks by providing relevant documentation and evidence to dispute fraudulent claims. Work closely with the finance team to minimize chargeback losses.

Additional Responsibilities: This position may involve various administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the operations of the company. Flexibility and adaptability are key as responsibilities may evolve over time.
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using email, phone systems, and customer support software.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Availability to work from 9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
