Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, within the fashion dropshipping industry.
- Proven experience working for an EU dropshipper that has processed at least €1,000,000 worth of fashion products.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-changing environment.
