JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an organized, computer-literate VA to manage our main customer WhatsApp account for customer messaging, scheduling of our service installation and service, and general management of our customer database (in Odoo). Occasional sales lead follow-ups.

The ideal applicant MUST be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish.

Must have a computer and internet connection with at sufficient speed and power to handle remote desktop and VOIP for our remote applications. In downtime, the applicant will handle our accounts receivable and some light account reconciliation in Odoo Accounting.

Training will be provided.

Working hours will be from 16:00-00:00 Philippines time (10am-6pm CEST Madrid Time).
