Customer Service Rockstar - Permanent Position

Hey there! My name is Ryan and I'm the co-founder and CEO of the leather goods brand Popov Leather. We've been in business for over 10 years now making high-quality leather wallets, belts, book covers and more. We sell exclusively through our website (Upgrade to see actual info - check it out!) to customers all over Canada and the USA.

I'm looking for another customer service rep to join our team to help us keep our customers happy through emails, phone calls and chat. You'd be working alongside me and another rockstar customer service rep (also based in the Philippines)

The position would include working Wednesday through Sunday from 11AM - 7PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). This is also a "work from home" position so you will need to have access to reliable internet and your own reliable computer.
