JOB OVERVIEW

Vitawerks is looking for a Customer Service Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Manage existing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities and grow the total number of shifts that are requested by them.
- Coordinate with facilities and healthcare professionals (HCPs) for scheduling of shifts, sending reminders and compilation of shift completion data.
- Handle all queries, shift requirements, rescheduling, cancellations, disputes and iUpgrade to see actual info with partner facilities and HCPs
- Actively engage and build relationships with existing pool of HCP’s and facilities
- Act as a single point of contact for HCPs and facilities.
- Onboard new HCP’s
- Do welcome calls (outbound call)
- Assist the recruitment team as and when required.

- Prior experience in BPO industry
- Good communication skills, excellent telephone presence, and creative thinking
- Self-Starter with willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft office
- Experience in healthcare staffing is a plus
