Customer Service Representative - Phone & Chat Customer Support

Work schedule available: US Eastern Time - Within the Company's Business Hours - 8:00 am -11:59 pm EST
Days of Work: 5 Days a week.
This role starts ASAP.

As a Customer Service Representative at Five Star Retail Brands, a typical day will include the following:
- Provide excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and text messages
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Cooperate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and report to the superiors
- Process cancellations, refunds, and returns
- Communicate to the warehouse to ensure we’re delivering all orders on time
- Update customers about the status of their orders
- Archiving emails

What you need:
- Strong experience in customer service on the phone & chat
- Relevant experience in a remote job or work-from-home
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in speaking on the phone
- Have a responsible mindset, with a sense of ownership, and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
