We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Customer Service Representative with great organisation skills and excellent English to join our wonderful company.
Responsibilities of this role:
- managing incoming customer enquiries and communicating with our customers via phone,
- answering questions and addressing any customer concerns /suppliers
- liaising with our warehousing and shipping teams regarding any related issues or queries
- contacting new and existing customers to discuss their business needs
- contacting new and existing customers about our products and new arrivals
- collaborating with colleagues in many different sectors
What you need to succeed at this role:
- excellent spoken and written English
- strong experience in a customer service role
- ability to organise workload and processes
- ability to work proactively and as part of a team
- experience with administrative tasks, such as phone calls
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams). Experience using Zendesk, Magento and WordPress/Woo, and third-party platforms like Amazon and eBay would be preferable but not essential
- ability and willingness to learn about new products
- any sales experience would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite
