Customer Service Representative

Hi there!

We're looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative!

Please do not apply if you do not have at least one year of relevant experience in Customer Service.

We're looking for someone with experience on:

- Customer Service
- Outbound and Inbound Calls
- Call Dispatching
- Processing Job Orders
- Using ServiceTitan is a must (Software for Home and Commercial Contractors)
- Project Management
- Conducting Sales Calls

BONUS: Experience in using Upgrade to see actual info and GoHighLevel.

Qualities/Requirements:
- Self-Sufficient
- Highly organized
- Accuracy
- Detail Oriented
- Proactive
- Must be killer in Sales
- Excellent Spoken and Written English
- Willing to work 50hrs a week

This is in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
