Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. They will also assist with order processing, product inquiries, and other customer-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support through Zendesk, Shopify, and other platforms
- Manage customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and other customer-related tasks

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Amazon
- Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, and other customer service platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with schedule

Starting Rate:
$400 per month
