Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
