Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Virtual Service Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotives and a proven track record of success in customer service, technical support and sales.
As an Virtual Service Advisor you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional experience
Listen to customers' needs and preferences to understand their requirements
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a fair and mutually beneficial transaction
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
