Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to help run our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of managing customer support tickets and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience handling customer support tickets
- E-commerce platforms experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated candidate to join our team on a part-time basis, which will eventually evolve into full-time employment. The role requires availability on Saturdays, for which an overtime fee will be provided. Additionally, successful candidates who complete their three-month probation period will be eligible for a salary increase.
