Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems.
• Maintain and execute return processing through integrated system.
• Receive and promptly service customer calls and
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Courteous customer service skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills with general PC /Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Shopify a plus.
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in ecommerce a plus.
• Must be able to work eastern standard schedule 40-hour week, including Monday through Friday split schedules and alternating Sundays.
• Must have functioning internet provider and personal computer available.
