[URGENT HIRING] Customer Service Rep for e-Commerce Company

Company Overview:

Our company operates multiple e-commerce stores targeting overseas markets. We're looking for an exceptional customer service representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance via Zendesk and Gorgias.
Assist customers with order-related questions, product inquiries, and technical issues.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Big Commerce to support customer needs.
Handle chargebacks and PayPal disputes when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets

Requirements:

Experience in eCommerce is a must.
Proficiency in Zendesk and Gorgias or similar customer support platforms.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Big Commerce.
Experience handling chargebacks and PayPal disputes is a plus.
Experience and familiarity with AirCall an advantage
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Honest, results-driven, innovative, and a team player.
At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role and 1 year experience in providing support to an eCommerce brand.
