ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is intended to support the Regional Sales Manager. As a Customer Service Personal Assistant, you will focus on providing a full range of support with a wide variety of projects and ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitation of various meetings, including the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes and capturing action items.
Task management and ensuring that actions and deadline are met
Preparation of correspondence, presentations, and reports
Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager
Assist with various projects as and when required
Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Keep the highest level of confidentiality regarding staff, business and stakeholder information
Prepare reports


KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in the United States time zone


Experience

Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role.
Demonstrable track record of delivering projects and to demanding deadlines
Experienced user of Excel and data visualisation tools

Technology Setup

In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:

Internet not lower than 10 MBPS
Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
An additional monitor screen is preferable but is not mandatory for the position.


Circumstances & Compensation

Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in US time zone
Location: Remote, work from home
Compensation: 45,000 PHP per month
