Please note that this job shift is for early morning (graveyard shift) Philippine time 2:30am-10:30am.
On two weekends per month, you will work Sunday/Monday from 12:00am (midnight) - 5:00am Philippine time.

Our company provides private, 1-on-1 tutoring to high school students in our local office in Alamo, California, United States. We have been in business since 2005.

We are seeking a full-time customer service manager who has experience answering the phone, is comfortable speaking with clients, problem solving minor customer service issues directly with our clients, and has at least 3 years experience working in a customer service office position. You will be providing customer service. You will not be a tutor.

Your direct supervisors are based in California, USA.

Experienced VA is required. If you have not performed customer service work in an office before or have less than 3 years experience, this is NOT the position for you.

If you are sharp, smart, and friendly, we are looking for you! We would love to work with you for many years to come.
