40 Hours Weekly (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities:

*Engage with our subscriber community to encourage content purchases
*Provide exceptional customer support
*Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to exceed sales targets

Requirements:

*Fluent in English, preferably with native or exceptional fluency
*Previous sales or customer support experience is advantageous
*Own a PC or laptop with a stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps
*Laptop or PC should be at least a Core i3 3rd generation or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
*Maintain a power backup system for potential power outages

Preferred:
Psychology graduate or any related course.
