Customer Service Manager for Eco-Friendly Online Shop

We are looking for a Customer Service expert with 3+ years of experience with eCommerce, Gorgias and Shopify.

The role will be perfect for you if you... love to help customers, resolve issues, are proactive and hardworking, enjoy working in a small and flexible team, and like eco-friendly products.

In our team of four, every role is pivotal. As our fifth member, you will bring a fresh, positive energy to the table. You’ll be working closely with the founder, and will have lots of opportunity to grow as our company grows.

The role is fully remote, although we are based in Australia so we are looking for someone who can work during the 9-5 Western Australian day.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Email Management:
- To respond to customer inquiries - positively, promptly and professionally.
- Use Gorgias, and implement tags on each query

2. Social Media Management:
- Respond to comments and messages across Facebook and Instagram. (Templated replies and guidelines will be provided)

**Requirements:**

1. At least 3 years experience in eCommerce Customer Service
2. Experience responding to emails & social media comments
3. Experience in Shopify and Gorgias is a must.
4. Fast & Efficient - answering customers quickly and concisely is a must.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Fluent English
7. Excellent written communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
