We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with our customers and provide them with information and assistance regarding our products/services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Calling repeat customers to pitch our promotion
Calling insurance to confirm customers documents
Resolving Customer Complaints.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Familiarity with repair desk. asana, ring central is preferred.
