Customer Service Expert for Fragrance Brand

We're looking for an experienced customer service agent to join our fast growing ecommerce fragrance company.

This will be for 8 hours per day, from 6pm UK time to 2am UK time.

Your first week will be training and working with the existing team to learn. You'll be given training videos and a document and be able to speak with our other agents to help you.

The first week of work needs to be between the hours of 8am UK time to 4pm UK time as this is when our other agents are online.

You must also be available to work on Sundays.

Start date Monday 29th April.

Experience needed:
Shopify
Ecommerce
Customer Service (you need to have done this job full-time in the past 5 years)
