Customer Service Agent (Shopify eCommerce Store)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent with experience working with E-Commerce/Shopify stores

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer emails in perfect English
- Locate and track packages for customers using tracking tools
- Fulfill orders via our order management platform
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to re-send products when needed
- Moderate Facebook and Instagram post comments
- Communicate with management on Skype or Upgrade to see actual info daily

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Agent (experience working with dropshipping stores shipping from China is also highly valued)
- Experience using Shopify
- Experience using Freshdesk, Zendesk or Gorgias
- Available for at least 10 hours per week (this is a part time role - you also will be working alongside another experienced customer service agent that's been in this role for a couple years)
- Can respond to emails in perfect English
