Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
• Listen actively to customers inquiries, concerns, and requests, demonstrating empathy and understanding while providing accurate information and solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly on our internal systems, maintaining detailed records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to achieving satisfactory outcomes.
• Adhere to established performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s), including call handling time, hold time, availability, customer satisfaction scores and quality standards.
• Continuously strive to improve performance and exceed targets through ongoing training, coaching and self-assessment.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance overall service delivery.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour in all customer interactions, contributing a positive and supportive work environment.
