Client Support Rep

We are an established digital marketing agency looking to add an Account Manager specializing in retention to our Client Support team. Candidate will need to speak excellent conversational English and have experience either in phone customer/technical support or phone sales.

As an Account Manager on the Client Support Team, you will help pave the way for our clients to approach their online marketing smarter. You will be involved in project management, reporting, data analysis, client meetings and calls, and strategy creation. You will have the unique opportunity to learn from several SEO veterans and experts. Candidates for this position must be results-driven, detail-oriented, and proficient at managing multiple ongoing projects and accounts. Expected daily tasks involve 20-30 Inbound and Outbound calls to current clients. No cold calling.The ideal candidate will possess the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks, working independently to complete a broad range of duties and objectives while always thinking about what will deliver the largest impact for clients. Account Manager will be focusing on resolving issues and retaining accounts, convincing clients who call in to cancel to change their mind and keep service.

Candidate will need to be available to work 7:30a - 4p Pacific Standard Time (PST - Los Angeles, California, United States time).
