JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

1.Responsible for handling customer emails and after-sales service on the company's e-commerce sales platforms.
2.Understand customer needs and provide professional advice on their purchases.
3.In charge of tracking order completion and providing timely feedback to customers who need consultation.
4.Handle customer complaints, control and analyze consumer satisfaction.
5.Manage the entry of customer-related information and establish customer profiles.
6.Answer customer service calls, promptly address post-sale issues raised by customers, and offer solutions based on the training materials provided by the company.
