Job Description:
As a Customer Relations Manager at Carshauler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain communication with customers and brokers at both the pick-up and delivery points of each load. You will be the face of our company, representing our commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with customers and brokers to confirm receipt of all necessary documentation for payment processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documentation.
- Verify that each load is delivered without any damage and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Uphold the company's values and reputation by demonstrating integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
