We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Customer Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for order follow-ups, suggesting replacement items when necessary, and addressing various customer service inquiries. This position requires effective communication skills in both French and English, as well as the ability to work efficiently within designated hours to support our French customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct order follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively suggest replacement items or alternatives when the ordered product is unavailable.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via chat and
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistical issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the logistics and customer service departments.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or logistics coordination preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM France Time.
