We need an individual who will serve as a front-line representative of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and efficient.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in customer support or account management. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to analyse data, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential. Knowledge in B2B customer success is a significant advantage.
