The Customer Care Specialist is the primary point of contact for customers and will provide accurate and timely information requested by our customers. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a positive customer service experience. This position will field a high volume of phone calls, chats and emails, which requires patience, effective listening, communication, and the ability to problem-solve. This individual will be responsible for communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat to assist them with their needs. In this role, the Customer Care Specialist should have the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Internet Speed: 20 Mbps
- Must speak fluent English
- Shopify e-commerce platform a plus
- Freshdesk Ticketing System a plus
- Ability to type 40+ wpm
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service with Live Chat & Emails
- Offering Elite customer service to all customers
- Email Correspondence with customers regarding customer orders or customer inquiries
- Effectively resolve customer complaints by finding a resolution in a timely manner
- Must be knowledgeable of our products and our website
- Must have no other current job

Available time:

8am - 5pm (CST): Monday - Friday
