JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Utilize E-commerce Platforms:

- Proficiently navigate and manage customer interactions on the Shopify platform.
- Leverage the CRM platform Gorgias to streamline customer communication and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product listings, promotions, and other relevant information within the e-commerce platforms.

Leadership Skills:

- Lead or management experience is a must.
- With High-end or luxury brand experience is preferred.
- In addition to general e-commerce experience, logistics/subscription management is a must.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude.

Order Processing:

- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with Shopify and CRM systems, specifically Gorgias.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with a dedicated home office setup, including:
- Minimum internet speed of 100mbps.
- Dual-monitor setup for increased productivity.
- RELIABLE BACK UP WiFi system to mitigate potential outages.

Working Hours:

Sunday - Thursday 10:00am to 5:00pm PST
