About The Role
We are on the look out for our first ever virtual Customer Care Coordinator to manage customer enquiries and feedback across all digital avenues. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be primarily responsible for:
-- Respond to and/or escalate customer queries received via official San Churro channels, including social media messages and central support office emails
-- Respond and/ or escalate any public comments left on San Churro social media posts
-- Assist our franchise partners (business owners) to respond to customer enquiries related to their store, including any follow up to ensure customers have been responded to
-- Support execution of all Campaigns across all Customer touchpoints
-- Customer & Campaign reporting across all channels

About You
The San Churro Familia is passionate about what we do, and work with passion and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:
--- Experience in a similar virtual customer service role
--- Excellent written English skills
--- Strong attention to detail
--- Great organisational skills
--- Previous experience working for an Australian company highly desirable
--- Ability to work Australian business hours (10am - 6pm AEST)
--- Own a current laptop and access to stable internet
