Job Description: At Fort-Able Homes, as an Architectural 3D Video Rendering and Design Specialist, you will be instrumental in determining how modular home design will develop in the future. You will be responsible for creating architectural ideas, floor plans, and gorgeous interior and exterior 3D drawings highlighting the elegance and practicality of our modular homes.

Primary Accountabilities:

Provide comprehensive floor plans and architectural drawings for our modular homes.
Focusing on accuracy and aesthetics, create lifelike 3D renderings of interior and exterior settings.
To make ideas a reality, collaborate closely with our technical and design teams.
Verify that designs adhere to safety requirements and Canadian industry rules according to Ontario Building Codes.
Keep up-to-date with the newest developments in materials and design to improve our offerings.

Requirements:

Architecture or a similar profession as a bachelor's Upgrade to see actual infomonstrable expertise in 3D modelling and architectural design, along with a portfolio of your abilities. Proficiency with 3D modelling and rendering programs that are industry standard, such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max.
An intense focus on details and a strong appreciation for stylish design. Good communication and cooperation abilities for outlining and presenting design concepts.
