JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Credit Repair Dispute. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients in disputing inaccuracies and errors on their credit reports, ultimately improving their credit scores and financial standing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit reporting laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.



Responsibilities:



1. Reviewing client credit reports to identify inaccuracies, errors, and negative items.

2. Drafting and submitting dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies on behalf of clients.

3. Conducting thorough investigations into disputed items, including gathering supporting documentation and evidence.

4. Communicating with clients to provide updates on the status of their disputes and answer any questions or concerns they may have.

5. Collaborating with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop effective dispute strategies and tactics.

6. Staying up-to-date on changes to credit reporting laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness in dispute efforts.

7. Providing guidance and advice to clients on credit improvement strategies and financial literacy.

8. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and dispute outcomes in our CRM system.

9. Research financial information to help educate our clients weekly.

Requirements:



1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.

2. Prior experience in credit repair, dispute resolution, or a similar role is highly desirable.

3. Strong knowledge of credit reporting laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and creditors.

5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in using credit repair software and CRM systems is a plus.

8. Ability in using Go high level.

9. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.
