We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Repair Client Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their credit repair process by guiding them through the credit client portal and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is submitted to initiate the credit repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in navigating the credit client portal, providing guidance and support throughout the credit repair process.
- Communicate with clients via phone,
- Ensure that clients understand the necessary paperwork required to start the credit repair process and assist them in submitting the required documents.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of client paperwork, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
