Credit Funding Company VA

We run a credit funding company to help clients apply for personal and business loans. We would need assistance in monitoring of all our clients credit files to make sure they’re moving along in the funding process, as well as making phone calls to get them in appropriate banks for their funding.

The day to day will look like this:

- assess all client files and make sure there’s no major changes
- check if authorized user accounts need to be added or if they expired
- go through the list of banks we give you and reach out too get a business banker email in order to have requirements available for applying (we'll be applying for a line of credit)
- call necessary credit unions to get client in for personal membership (we’ll give you the list of those)
- follow up on any business banker emails (we have a separate accountant that you can work with to gather all financial documents for clients)
- send updated list daily of where each client stands and any hurdles/ next steps
- remove inquires for clients as needed (ideally we would like someone experienced in that)

Core requirements needed:

- experience working in banking domain
- credit repair experience preferred as sometimes we will need you to remove collections and inquires from credit reports
- experience in customer service role answering and making phone calls, preferably in the financial industry
- understanding of accounting principles
- prior experience working with business loans
