Credit Disputer

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Credit Disputer. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our CRM system, Creating Dispute Letters, Dispute Fox, and have experience in submitting online disputes to regulatory bodies such as the CFPB, BBB, and Attorney General. Additionally, proficiency in creating FTC reports is required. We already have a bulletproof dispute flow you can follow as well.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Create Dispute letters to the Credit Bureaus & Creditors correctly

Utilize Dispute Fox to manage and process credit disputes efficiently.

Submit online disputes to relevant regulatory bodies including the CFPB, BBB, and Attorney General.

Generate FTC reports in accordance with established guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of dispute resolutions and communications.

 

Requirements:

Prior experience with Dispute Fox or similar CRM systems.

Familiarity with online dispute submission processes to regulatory bodies.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate FTC reports.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
