Are you an innovative and experienced Creative Strategist with vast experience working with editors to create high-converting Facebook and Instagram video ads? Do you excel in identifying emerging ad trends, conceptualizing fresh ad ideas, and have understanding of marketing psychology and copywriting fundamentals?

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with video editors, providing insightful feedback to enhance video content and ensure alignment with ad objectives.

Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of new advertising trends, especially in the social media landscape.

Propose innovative ad concepts and ideas that break through the noise and captivate our target audience.

Write persuasive ad copy as needed, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and campaign goals.

Leverage deep knowledge of video advertising to drive engagement and conversions on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, specifically tailored to eCommerce.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and apply this knowledge to create compelling video ad strategies that lead to measurable results.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in creating effective video ad campaigns for social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on Facebook and Instagram.

Expertise in market research and the ability to identify and leverage new advertising trends to our advantage.
Creativity in ad concept and strategy development, with the ability to think outside the box and propose ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.

Proficiency in writing ad copy when necessary, with a keen understanding of how to craft messages that motivate and engage.
A comprehensive understanding of the eCommerce landscape and how video ads can drive sales and conversions.
Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including video editors, marketing professionals, and creative departments.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
