As a Creative Strategist, you'll mastermind high-impact creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond! Your deep understanding of platform-specific requirements and passion for performance marketing will make you the perfect candidate to manage up to 10x clients' creative output, tracking performance of your creatives, collaborating with our design team, and driving breakthrough ROI-positive results.

Background: You've recently been in a Creative Strategist or Paid Social role at another agency and understand how to create high-performing ad copy/creative.

You've transformed DTC brands and worked on accounts that have spent upwards of 50K+ in ad spend/month
You're a master copywriter, crafting direct-response copy that generates conversions
You have a deep understanding of performance creative, with a track record of orchestrating winning ads and UGC
You're a Meta maestro, with the ability to run audits and pull the data you need to know what to make next (you'll be tested on this if you progress to the 2nd round of interviews)
You have 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
You're a creative powerhouse, and you'll be submitting briefs daily to our performance-focused designers
You're a project management pro, juggling multiple initiatives and delivering exceptional results
You have phenomenal communication skills, captivating teams and clients with your presentations
You're insatiably curious, driven to find innovative solutions to any challenge
You thrive under pressure, remaining cool and collected in the face of tight deadlines
