We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team and spearhead our brand's digital presence across multiple platforms. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to making our brand go viral.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Craft engaging content that includes short-form videos, Upgrade to see actual infos, GIFs, and text posts designed to capture attention and encourage sharing.
Regularly engage with users and participate in community interactions to increase visibility and drive traffic to our profiles and newsletter.
Take full ownership of growing our social media following and enhancing our brand's online presence.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing the above-mentioned social media platforms.
Strong track record of creating viral content that increases follower engagement and growth.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with a diverse audience.
Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively, with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
Schedule:

Weekly check-in calls every Monday and Thursday, with flexible timing between 12pm and 3:30pm WET to accommodate both parties.
Compensation:

Salary is negotiable based on experience and creativity.
