Your Mission:

• Craft three compelling shorts/reels daily, tailored to maintain and grow engagement across multiple platforms.
• Develop our own unique editing style that defines our brand, like Alex Hormozi, Iman Ghadzi, and Ali Abdaal.
• Adapt edits for platform-specific calls to action, especially crafting unique end-segments for TikTok and Instagram.
• Being goal-driven, delivering high-quality, impactful content, open to feedback and committed to continous growth.
•. Avoiding typing mistakes in any captions we end up using. (A single spelling mistake drops conversion over 80%...).

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to engage and retain viewers.
• Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with motion graphics and animation (Cinema 4D is a plus).
• Communication skills, availability on Slack, and a commitment to consistent output, regardless of any circumstances.
• Proficiency in Asana and Google Drive for seamless project management and collaboration.
