Position: Creative Director

We are a dynamic and globally connected creative and media agency known for driving relevance and delivering significant business results.

Who Are We Looking For?
As the Creative Director at our business, you will serve as the creative lead across various client portfolios. You will inspire a culture of creativity without limits while driving the strategic direction and execution of insightful content. This role requires someone who can operate independently, ensuring the highest quality of creative outputs, while fostering collaboration within teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and continually optimize creative outputs across multiple business lines.
Foster a judgement-free creative environment, encouraging high-volume testing and insight-based content creation.
Develop and execute compelling creative strategies that are deeply rooted in consumer insights for a diverse client roster.
Act as the quality control lead and brand steward, maintaining close coordination with the senior management and Executive Creative Director.
Nurture and develop team talent, providing mentorship and setting performance incentives.
Strategically embrace the latest digital trends and industry best practices to keep our brands at the forefront of innovation.
Enhance creative processes and contribute to broader operational improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating creative visions and strategies.
Lead and support new business initiatives and pitches.
What You Need to Succeed:

A minimum of 4 years in advertising, with a solid track record in digital and social media strategy development.
Proven management experience with the ability to lead large teams and manage significant client relationships.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to act as a client advisor in all circumstances.
Flexibility and adaptability in your creative approach, with the capability to pivot strategies as needed.
A profound understanding of the industry's best practices and an ability to apply these strategically to creative executions.
A visionary creative outlook with an in-depth understanding of different brand dynamics across various platforms.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills and client relationship management.
Mastery of digital best practices and a keen sense of emerging industry trends.
