As our Creative Brand Strategist, you will be at the forefront of our brand’s digital presence, orchestrating engaging experiences across all social media platforms. Your expertise will guide the brand’s voice and aesthetic, ensuring consistency and cohesion in every campaign. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and design teams to develop strategies that not only elevate our brand but also drive sales and foster long-term loyalty among our audience.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram,
-Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and strategies to leverage in brand building and sales enhancement.
-Collaborate with the content creation team to produce engaging, brand-aligned content that captivates our audience and encourages interaction.
-Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, utilizing data to refine and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and conversion.
-Foster innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to digital marketing and brand storytelling.
-Ensure all brand activities are consistent with our core message and values, reinforcing our brand identity across all channels.
-Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, maximizing the impact of each campaign on revenue generation.
-Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies, incorporating them into strategies to keep our brand at the cutting edge.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in a brand strategy role, with a proven track record of building brands on social media platforms.
-Exceptional understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer psychology.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with teams across different departments.
-Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
-Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
